RE: Potential Unpaid Overtime Wages at Innovien Solutions / NCR Corporation
Along with the other attorneys at the law firm of Poole Huffman, I represent employees in Georgia and across the country in lawsuits to reclaim unpaid wages from their employers. I am currently investigating reports of wage theft at NCR Corporation (“NCR”) and Innovien Solutions (“Innovien”). We believe NCR Corporation does not properly pay Software Support Specialists for their overtime hours. Specifically, we believe NCR Corporation pays Software Support Specialists their regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek (or “straight time”), instead of paying 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for all overtime hours as required by federal law.
If you (1) worked at NCR or Innovien within the last three years, (2) were eligible to receive overtime for hours worked over 40 per week (that is, you were “non-exempt” from federal overtime requirements), and (3) did not receive 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for all overtime hours as required by federal law, you may not have received all of the compensation you were due.
